Jonah Hill Has Revealed How He Lost A Shed Load Of Weight

Jonah Hill has revealed how he managed to slim down and it’s surprisingly normal, not a diet tea in sight.

Recent pictures of the star looking fit and healthy have popped up all over social media, usually with people comparing him to how he looked while in War Dogs. He was believed to have gained 40lbs for that role.

As well as confessing to picking up some advice from his co-star, Channing Tatum, about how to trim down, he also accidentally sent his food diary to Drake, which isn’t recommended:

When it comes to how he went about losing the weight, it was pretty…boring, actually.

Speaking to ABC News, he said: “It was just mostly diet.

“I wish there was some crazy thing that I did, like a pill or a genie or something, but I went to see a nutritionist, and he told me what to eat and to change my habits and stuff.

“I found that Japanese food was very helpful to me.”

Yeah, is anyone else also wishing there was a magic pill or genie rather than hard graft and eating well? Just me?

He also said that giving up beer was a massive help. While appearing on a radio show, he said: “I went to a nutritionist and I said, ‘I’ll lose weight, I’ll eat healthier and whatever, but figure out how I can drink beer’.

“It’s so annoying because when I don’t drink beer, I get really really thin. Then when I drink beer, I get a little bigger.”
